UNITY PRO MARINE 710 plywood is manufactured from hardwood core veneers with top/bottom layers of high quality Poplar wood for better nailing properties. All the veneers used to make UNITY PRO plywood are 100% ๔at and dried to bring down to a uniform moisture of 6%.
Single stage Phenol Formaldehyde Resin is used to manufacture UNITY PRO plywood. After composing, UNITY PRO plywood is pressed at a temperature of 160 Degrees Celsius and 400 lbs line pressure per square centimetre.
Due to its nature of application and wide exposure to soil and moisture prone environment, it is made to prevent fungal and micro bacterial attacks. UNITY PRO 710 Marine grade plywood specially undergoes a test to check its resistance against micro-organisms. It is dimensionally stable and an ideal choice for high-quality projects.
